Do you hear it click like it wants to pull but doesnt. It could be the capacitor. If you are not hear it it could be the battery. try the 9v batter to test it out. I really do not recommend having a 9v to be used due to the capacitor start to swell up and cause an issue where you will have to replace the capacitor or get a new board all together. hope this help let me know if you need more info. I have changed out boards & capacitor.
