Really the only difference is that the Electra has a regulator and runs at a lower pressure so its quieter, less kick, and more consistent shot to shot. The downside is that the regulator has more parts and o-rings so it has more potential for problems. So for performance the Electra. For easer upkeep and cheaper price the Pilot. They're both good markers.
