Sadly I haven't actually seen an MR4 yet (only internet pics), but the parts diagram shows it having the same spyder standard curved bottom body as the Xtra, so I'm pretty sure it will.

If you contact Kingman directly they might sell you one. If you're just looking for a single trigger frame, I think theres a few out there that will fit. Bob Long makes one for instance.
