I prefer the "Baited" ambush mixed in with flanking. 1 or 2 players bait (engage then fall back) getting the other team to commit into pursuing them until their within the kill zone, then rest of team springs the ambush, while the bait flanks and comes in from the rear cleaning up anyone trying to retreat.
Another favorite is "wagon-wheeling" which works great when assaulting a fortified area. It's similar to the old cowboys and indians movies where the indians went around and around attacking points until they were able to find a hole and then dash for the center and work your way out from there.
