I just did a run down of the official rulebook for the 08 event. There is no reference to a requirement that a team must have an official Spyder dealer/sponsor promoting their team. As far as I know, that was last years requirement. An official answer from a Spyder official on these forums would be great to get this question answered. I will look into it.
