depends on how fast your marker is and whether or not you feel like replacing detents with harder ones.
Eggy with ZBoard is plenty for a stock spyder E-Frame...even the beginner with a rocking trigger frame. The ZEgg feeds reliably to around 20 bps so unless you can physically walk the trigger that fast (or faster), get it.
