I got the grills a few weeks ago and they are great. They are by far the best investment I have made. I found them extremely comfortable and like the low profile design.

Get a spring kit, there are several available. Actionvillage.com had them for cheap last time I checked, but they were also out of stock. Shouldn't cost you more than $8-12.
