Re: Asa
I fixed it; ended up fitting a washer under the snap-ring. Now, when my ASA stops moving in the 'off' direction, the pin is completely retracted.

Re: high pressure or low pressure?
Tank output should be HP (700psi+), the VS2's asa/regulator should reduce that pressure to LP(around 200psi).
The regulator on a VS2 is made to receive HP and flow may be diminished if pressure is...

Re: New 2008 Electra w/ Ey Size Comparison
heh...
A Regulator controls the air pressure that enters your gun.
The ASA(Air Source Adapter) is where you screw on your air tank. Sometimes these have a on/off valve.
They should be connected by...

Re: Asa
If I keep twisting my on/off past the off position the pin actually stops retracting and starts extending again. When I reach my maximum off position, the pin is 20% entended. I always assumed it...

Re: Asa
Be aware that the VS2 will bleed air in the maximum off position.
Try putting your tank on with your marker with the ASA a 1/2 turn away from the off position.

Re: Have any Vs2 owners tried the new Electra yet
My buddy had two minor issues,
-At one point the LED started flashing yellow(possibly due to battery wire being loose).
-Once, the gun didn't recock completely(reg not broken-in enough, pressure set...

Re: vs2 magnet mod --- how do i do it?
He means if the magnets reach eachother before your trigger contacts the micro-switch, there will be no trigger squeeze left to depress the microswitch.
Your magnets would 'bottom-out' your trigger...

Re: Regulator?
I used a strap wrench. Ensure that your marker is completely depressurised.
The macroline elbow-joint should rotate freely, allowing you to remove your foregrip without unplugging your macroline....

Re: force feed hopper
What kind of gun are you using? Check your eyes... if you have any... if not, that's your problem.
If it's a pilot, then your ACS bolt can only do so much.

Re: Foregrip rubber, unwanted movement
I haven't even tried removing it yet, but judging by how easily it turns, I'd figure it would be possible. It's probably easier if you take it off first(the foregrip).

Foregrip rubber, unwanted movement
I know most people just replace the foregrip with a regulator but I haven't yet and am stuck with the stock for now.
As we all know, the stock foregrip is just a hollow tube with a rubber grip around...

Re: CP Asa
I'm curious as well.
From what I can tell, Dovetail is the one that fits properly, but Directmount will fit, just not as well. As far as I know, the VS2 has a dovetail ASA mount.
Can anyone clarify?

Re: Sweet deal!
The foregrip on a VS2 is NOT a regulator, it's merely an expansion chamber. You would need to replace it with a regulator if you exchanged your stock reg/on-off for a aftermarket asa on-off.
