Re: whats better?
have you taken the front off the apex and seen the barrel underneath? you have to do some serious modding to another barrel to make it work. it not only has two grooves cut in it, it is flanged out(i...

Re: I Can Aim!!!
reeeeeally... a fiber-filled resin, you say? looked like black PVC to me, mostly because it had the same smell when i cut it, and when it melted to my hacksaw. but then again, i don't know much aboot...

Re: is this a problem?
what hopper do you have?
if you have a fast enough hopper, then you shouldn't even have to worry about the bolt being worn in.

Re: MR1 and MR2 Pictures?
ummm... the barrel sticking out of the gun is 10.5"(there's 1.5" inside), the body of the gun is about 9-10", i believe, and the stock is another 10 or 11. i think it's maybe 7-8" tall from the...

Re: grips for the MR1
my friend's dye grips don't fit, but i just made a custom covering for mine:
just find some fabric that's soft and thin(i used camo denim, but thin leather works as well), make a template by...

Re: expansion chamber
yeah, i was gonna keep it as a sort of back-up gun for woodsball(like a pistol, only more practical for me). also, my being in canada sort of makes it diffucult to find a trigger frame on ebay(i...

Re: mr owners please look inside
you know how the cocking knob/striker pin comes out of the bolt if you want to disassemble the gun? since the MR1 does that, the slot cut in the body for the bolt/striker pin doesn't go all the way...

Re: mr owners please look here
some additions to my post in the MR1 thread like this: several different types of stocks: AK47 style, M16 Style, M4 style, M1A1 style, and(my personal favourite) MP5 style solid and folding, like...

Re: expandsion chamber
well, the sear pin fell out while i was playing, as well as the safety. it seems every time i go out to play, it breaks(it's never anything major) and i have to rent. the only gun i've seen break...

Re: expandsion chamber
i'll take your word for it. but alas, my MR1 is broken again. i'm afraid i have to get rid of it or else suffer more trauma from having to fix it every time i go out to play.

Re: mr owners please look inside
i think something like the Rufus Dawg centre feed kit for the tippmanns would be nice for speedball setups, and a 45 degree, clamping feedneck to lower the hopper. in my opinion, the most desirable...

Re: bolt and trigger
texas?!? but i'm canadian, eh, so that's too far for me. i was told the rear cocking bolts would fit, but you have to do some milling to the body of the gun, and you couldn't use the original stock

Re: MR1 Scope/Sight Rail Upgrade?
i didn't think you could get a sight that was short enough to fit the rail on the MR1. and besides, how could you even see through it? the stock gets in the way when you try to aim with a mask on(i...

Re: Bolt Mod
so that's why my MR1 shoots so fast... i'm guessing it's not good if the venturi falls out on it's own... whatever. my field's limit is 300, and that's what it's set for. my rodeo is shooting 280. if...

Re: Should i Get one?
you mean where the frame meets the body of the gun?on my MR1, it's curved like a regular spyder frame. the MR2 has its own unique frame, i think, so that might explain it. i know my friend's stock...

i think the bolt holes will fit it, but i'm gonna need to find a bottomline adapter to run my stock drop forward. i'll see if my friend's Pilot frame will fit.

Re: What Barrel Should I Go With????
