Re: e trigger problems

Yeah, generally the two primary causes of that are lack of pressure in the marker or the sear isn't catching the striker either because of a burr/buildup or a failure in the sear or spring. There...

Re: MR1 upgrades

Yeah, if you aren't wanting to change anything externally the only things really open are:

Springs
Bolt (Either Alamo or polished)
Polished Striker
New Valve/Valve Mod

I was thinking I had read a...

Re: VS1 help

I don't have any experience with the Torpedo on CO2, though I know Otter said the BL Power Regulator was good for LP CO2, but I am unsure of how the two compare.

I did just recently install a...

Very nice Druid =)

In regards to pic 5, I can't decide if the other guy was messing around or not...Phil Pfister is the name of a prominent American competitor in the World's Strongest Man...

Re: Wtb Upped Spyder

How upped are we looking? And what kind of price range? Also, are you looking mechanical or electronic?

Re: Air Questions

A bit belated I know, but I wanted to share my thoughts...

I have just gotten my MR-1 back together and have been able to drop the operating pressure down into the 250-275psi range by just polishing...

Re: Ever have an issue getting a CO2 bottle seated?

So I can home and gave it some more inspection since I didn't have time to do a real thorough check...I tried screwing the bottle into my back up/loaner marker, an '08 WGP Worr Machine, and...

Ever have an issue getting a CO2 bottle seated?

I just bought a second CO2 bottle and got it filled this weekend. By default I grabbed my "old" bottle to use first when testing. After tinkering and tweaking I thought I would putter with the...

Re: Palmers Direct vs. Female

Yeah, the remote would have worked, but I would have needed to pick up a VA for the marker as the MR-1 doesn't actually come with one. It is just a 1/8" npt hole for the valve inlet then the other...

Re: Typical results?

I know that analog gauges have some inaccuracies with the reading, but this isn't a pressure critical application so it is good enough for me.

As far as the reaction of the gauge and the output,...

Re: Palmers Direct vs. Female

As a side note, I found the blip I was talking about saying the Vertical Mount Regs are better for CO2. It is on Otters site in the discussion of going LP...

Re: How much paint do you use on a regular sunday outing

Play on a 20'x20' field?? =p

I have a case of Heat I bought last October and that stuff looks like rejected golfballs...Only consistent thing about the shots while goofing off with it is that no...

Typical results?

So, I am planning to put up a picture once I get one taken, but for now I wanted to ask a question.

I installed my Palmers today and decided to try everything out and see how things went.

For...

Re: How much paint do you use on a regular sunday outing

Typically I tend to run through 200-400 in a day of play depending upon what fields we play...However, I never have had a pod pack before so likely I was even more conservative because I didn't have...

Re: Palmers Direct vs. Female

Thanks for the input =)

My plan is to go with a Direct Stab as on the MR-1 the ASA is mounted to the bottom of the grip and the airline runs through the hollow foregrip and threads directly into a...

Re: Scuba HPA

I have been doing some reading and they say one of the best ways to do it yourself and maintain decent pressures for each fill is to set up a 2-3 tank cascade system...

They figure filling a 3k tank...

Re: Palmers Direct vs. Female

=/

I was actually going to put it in but I got thinking and for some reason I thought it wouldn't make a difference...I am running an MR-1 with CO2...I REALLY should have included the CO2 part, but...

Palmers Direct vs. Female

So, this is definitely going to sound like a dumb question, but as I tell people while performing training or lectures, the only bad question is the one that goes unasked...

I am looking to pick up...
