I listen to my iPod Video when I am practicing against Matt (because if I am hearing the game against him it throws me off), I just use a cheap set of headphones and I put the iPod in one of those...

Start at around 600, and turn it down until your gun burps, then slowly turn it up until you are at or around 300fps. A set PSI cannot be accurate, you will need to find out what works for you....
