Re: Best paintballs in colder weather
I'm kinda with you on ordering from an online retailer. I would much rather open the box and look at the paintballs before I buy them. I ran around to all of the stores in town and I found a few that...

Re: Best paintballs in colder weather
Thanks for the input. No worries Big Red; I continue to be entertained by some of your rants. Have you ever thought about writing a book? :jot:
After trudging through all of the nice, high quality...

Best paintballs in colder weather
I've been searching through the forums to find out what paintballs work best in your markers in colder weather (below 50 Degrees). Rather than a nice answer, I ran into a soap opera between Big Red...

Re: Warfare grips
I still have my Warfare grips and love 'em. If you can find someone who is willing to part with them, they are worth the money

Re: paintball club, finally
I'm getting ready to create a paintball club myself. It won't be tied to any schools or organizations, so I will be free to set the direction and purpose of the club from the beginning.
It should...

Re: I want to switch to HPA
I hope I can help clear up a few things about the operating pressure of the MR2 (or really any low-end paintball gun that is designed to use co2)
First of all, the reason why most HPA tanks are...

Re: Air Components
HPA tanks have a regulator built in to the tank. There is no need for a second regulator unless your marker operates below 850 psi

Re: Air Components
I just switched over to HPA last fall and found it to work much better in my markers than CO2. When I used co2 I had a Palmers Stabilizer. It worked really well in the summer, but when the...

Re: Breaking paint!
How cold? If it is anything below freezing your paintballs are gonna get brittle and break in the gun, in the hopper, out the barrel, or even in your pods.

Re: Does anyone have any clue
I'm surprised no one has suggested buying a Scuba tank with an adaptor. you can pick one up for around $200 new with an adaptor. Once you get over the intitial investment, you can get them filled for...

Re: air blow back?
I need to look into it guys. It's a simple process (you remove the spring on the bolt and replace it with something solid) but if it isn't done right, you could really mess up the internal walls of...

Re: Post A pic Of your MR2
Here's mine. I've had mine for about a year now. I had some horrible chops last fall, but after regulating the pressure down to 500 psi and getting a forcefed hopper, I haven't had a single chop all...

Re: Will This Work?
Perfect! I have the Jet City Specialties folding stock and the mask clearance is excellent! I really need to take a picture of my MR2 so I can answer most of these questions with a visual.

Re: Will This Work?
No theory, it fits right on there, but you will hava a problem with mask clearance with the stock installed. That is the purpose of the offsite adaptor.

Re: Will This Work?
I happen to own that adaptor and it works very well. Just make sure that your Red Dot sight is fitted for 7/8" Weaver rail. From the looks of it, I don't think the Spyder sight will fit.

Re: air blow back?
You can either get a new bolt or your can disable your current Anti-Chop bolt
If you decide on a new bolt I strongly recommend that you avoid the Low Blow bolt from Alamo City. It is designed extend...

Re: My mod list
PbGrandpa did an awesome job modding his MR2! The Ak-47 Expansion chamber looks great, but it really is a personal preference.

Re: Red dot scopes
You can find Red Dot sights that offer a low level magnification, but they are expensive. ($100 to $200), and for that price I wouldn't dare risk it breaking by some rogue paintball.
Think about...

Re: My mod list
Everything on your list looks fine except the Expansion chamber. It won't fit unless you remove the plastic foregrip which, in my opinion, makes the MR2 look kind of shoddy. Others like it that way...
