I don't have an ACS bolt. But from what I have read there is a spring in tension in the bolt and it recognizes obstructions.

I'm kinda new here so I'm sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong

What does this do? Does it make the marker reload/recock faster?

What you need is a Step Down Converter. It converts 220 volts down to 120 volts
I have one and I think it cost me something like US $10.00.

it's just a little box that plugs into your wall...
