well... you can be sarcastic, but ... If only i had knew about Kingman's customers care program i had keep my money and buy something else.

Because I never succeed to obtain any answer from Kingman about buying original spare parts (not an email was answered, not a phone-call was followed ... nothing) I didn't had any other choice than...

I've blown up my lower reg on my spyder Electra 09 I need to buy the following parts :

#REG012
#REG013

I am in QC, can i order those parts directly from Kingman ?
I don't find any spare parts...

What hopper do you use with your Electra ?
with my empire magna on it there's no problem for the bps rates in "eyes on" mode ...
but when i used a VL Force i did have to shut down the eyes very often.

I am actually building some new grips as the original ones don't fit exactly my hands. will tell you about the process : shouldn't be long ;)
