Check your springs.
They are in the bottom chamber in the body of your marker.
Also, the place for you to adjust to the velocity is under the stock and is adjustable with your normal sized hex...

Just for future reference, go with canada and get airmail (usually the only option for out of country shipping) they have many good options and probably less hassle with customs.

Also, for future reference, don't just push a little scrap of cloth down the casing with one of you allen wrenches - the allen wrench may slip and cause more damage to the marker by scoring the side...
