Re: Smart Parts TearDrop Barrell?

my son had the Teardrop, I had a J&J Ceramic, both 14". To be honest the Teardrop was not as good as the J&J. the J&J was quieter and shot better. I would get a j&J over the teardrop. I still have...

Re: Teardrop barrel

Had/Have one laying around that I use to use on my Pilot ACS. Not the best barrel. Kind of loud and didn't shoot as when as my J&J Ceramic. The J&J was silly quiet compared to the teardrop.

Hey,...

Re: JJ Barrel ????

I had a 14" ceramic on my Pilot ACS and bought a 12" S2 for my ION because I was so impressed with the Ceramics accuracy. They are both great, but I think I like the Ceramic better. If I were you I...

Re: zomg bobby sues teh NPS!

Back in the Late 80's early 90's when I first started to play, I worked at a small town sporting goods store and set up an account with Doug and Rick, the original owners of National Paintball Supply...

Re: which gun is better

Back in the old days I did run into a tree at full sprint while shooting and looking to my left. My old Brass Eagle King Cobra pump was sandwiched between the tree and me. After I got up, that sturdy...

Re: which gun is better

My ION will kick both of these guns BUTTs.

Just kidding, but I would take my ion over both.

I would have to go with the Pilot as well. Having Owned one and no longer own it, I'm relatively...

Re: got a problem

Look to see if the filter is clogged between the ASA and the braided stailess steel line. In the exploded diagram in the users manual it's either 37A or 37B. I removed mine completely on both my...

Re: lighter trigger and sear spring?

I WOULD NOT lighten the sear spring. I lighted the one on my e-frame and it had problems returning fast enough to catch the sear. I ended up buying a replacement stock spring from Kingman.

Re: high end most like a spyder???

That's like saying I want a luxury car that drives like a Hyundai. Didn't mean to be a smart-a, but that statement nearly made me fall off my chair.

Once you hold, fire and feel the difference,...

Re: Parts needed

Need a barrel to? I have a 14" teardrop.

I have a pieced out 05 Pilot ACS at home, I'm at work now but saw you online. I could put a nice package deal together with most of what you need.

Re: Spider pilot acs help

There is no screw on the back of the bolt that needs to be removed to slide the bolt out. The Velocity adjustment knob is threaded, but there is no need to remove that either. Once you pull the pin...

Re: Barrel question

Had a 14" J&J Ceramic on my pilot ACS. Nice and quiet and good accuracy. I have the J&J S2 in 12" on my ion, but didn't really like it. I don't know if it was the length or what. I just bought a 14"...

Re: I Need A Tournament Grade Paintball Gun

I had my 05 Pilot ACS at my local field 2 summers ago and had the ref looking over at me wondering if I was really shooting a spyder. They can lay rope with the best of them up to about 15 bps. I...

I don't know if the department...

Re: HPA question

I shot my HPA Tank across a room filling it with a scuba fill station. I started to have a small leak. Submerge the bottle in water and see where it is leaking. Mine was leaking from the area where...

Re: not recocking

There is a little filter between the ASA and the braided line, it might be clogged. I had recocking issues until I removed it. This could cause flow issues which would cause it not to recock.

Re: Ahh

Normal. It can't recock the gun because the remaining pressure is too low to blow back the striker. If you are really bothered by it get an on/off asa with a bleeder. This will clear the lines and...

I had the same problem and I removed the filters in my 2 Pilot ACSs. It won't hurt anything. Had I seen this thread sooner I would have told you to check the filter. Rip that baby out and throw it...

Re: I didn't know Spydas are THAT popular?!?!

Mommy and Daddy have more money than brains. My kid and I have IONs and WE ARE NOT AFRAID! The kid who bought my son's Pilot ACS does pretty well against him.

He's an OK player, my son kicks some...
