don't ever go there to shop or use the services online

the customer service is poor and i ordered something online from them (trinity front block) and they sent it to the wrong person.

Now i have to wait until 2 weeks later because they said they are out of stock. (how can you be out of stock on your own products when other stores carry your products)

worst thing was

they didn't even call me or email me that they sent the wrong order to someone else. what nerve

i had to actually call them to ask what happened to my order before they gave me an answer.

... Because they make them there. :) Just because other stores have them just means that they shipped out most of their inventory, leaving them with more to make.

i have everything but good things to say about this store.

It has been 2 weeks since ordering the trinity block. They still have not yet sent out my item.

They said to call them back each day to remind them to send it and place another order with them, yet they already charged my credit card. The business is poorly ran and without 3rd party purchasers like actionvillage or other much more reliable sources, this place would tank.
