Velocity thumb adjuster
 

Should my thumb adjuster be screwed in or farther out and what are the difference between them. I have a 05 electra acs. THX

You should fire the marker over a chronograph and use the adjuster to set the FPS at around 275-280....then leave it alone and/or lock it---until your next game when you chrono it all over again.
