Why is that?
 

I bought a brand new Spyder electra with eye and the todoa board or whatever.. and in the back where the led's are .. well i put it on and it only lights.. like i can't see witch mode i am its just red light or blinking red light or blinking green light .. i tought there was like a sticker on it and said if it was semi ou on safe ... theres no indicators .. is that normal?

im not completely sure what youre asking but i think youre supposed to know the modes from the blinking led

No that's not normal. There should be an indication of the mode,safety, and eyes.
