BKpaintball.com problem
 

i ordered two sets of mr flux wrap-around grips from bkpaintball.com over a week ago. i recieved an email confirming they were processed the day i ordered them. but never recieved anything regarding shipping. ive emailed and left messages on their automated machine. has anybody else had any problems with this vendor????:frown:

How did you pay for them? If it was a credit card, call you credit card company and dispute the charges. If it was PayPal, open a dispute.

Never heard of them and they're not on Druid's list. Where are they located? If you're not sure what's the phone number area code? That should tell us -

Only thing I do know is that those grips haven't even been available from Kingman for at least 1.5 years. So unless that place had a stockpile of them, seems not likely they'd have any in stock unless they make 2 sales a year - :D

Would it be to early to open a dispute? I ordered on 03/04/2011. Same day I was emailed the "processed" email. saying:

"Your order has been processed and will ship shortly. You will receive an additional notice, including the tracking number once your order has shipped. thank you for choosing BK Paintball."

Go to PayPal's website
Log into your account
At the top there should be a link that says "Resolution Center", click that and you should be able to open a dispute.

If it has only been a week, I'd give them a few more days. I would say by Monday then I would start by opening a dispute with Paypal. Sometimes mail just gets mixed up.

I was wondering the same thing so I called fed-ex to see if they could look up any shipments for my address. The only one that came up was one I recieved a couple of days ago from a different paintball store
