Found them on the web archive, but I cant seem to find any reference elsewhere to them being gone... They have a paintball team website still up which is strange.

Anyone know what happened?

They stopped making hammers a while back, likely just weren't getting the sales they wanted to keep doing it. Likely just a machinist's side project after all. I have one of their slim body hammers kicking around, nice unit.
