Well, I got one. This one actually is Dave Bains' old Cobra G7, with tattoos. Serial number 8698. It's currently in the shop, but it'll be back out soon. Yeah, Angels that had the battery pack, came with car chargers. You had to buy a wall charger seperately. Kinda stupid, which is why I stuck with Speeds. They ran off 9 volts.

my 04 speed had a rechargeable battery. I was going to buy a wall charger, but for the 80 bucks it cost, and the fact that i was never going to use it, really didnt help.

I got a DC adapter (wall to car charger adapter) with a player's kit with a set of Angel tools for $40, not fretting it. It's got insane battery life. Adding the picture of Dave Bains using this marker in the 2005 San Diego NPPL in the first post now.
