Did you get scammed? that sucks, depending on who it is i'd try to get in contact with law enforcement or something

If I found him, I'd contact the local PD with proof of said scam.

Nothing like taking the law into your own hands and getting in just as much, if not more, trouble as the offending person! :dodgy:
