strange, I have had my best experience with them. I bought a shocktech vs bolt from them and I ordered 3 day shipping. I got it the next day after I ordered. But then again I live in ohio.

I also had a very very good experience with them. Im not sure what happened, but maybe something went wrong or was backordered.

well i havent had the best from them either, thats why i never buy from them anymore, i bought my vs from them and a body kit, well the body kit was scattered throughout the box in a mess of popcorn and i called them and they cared less, i would quote but dont feel lik it, neways you get my picture

when i ordered some stuff from them, the shipping was alright, although i never had to deal with their customer service (a good thing) so i can't say anything about that.

I ordered my MR1 and stuff from them and I ordered a new spring kit from them and both orders shipped and came fast even with the cheap shipping.
