Pugsters VS1 review
I purchased the Vs1 about three months ago, i must say, i wasn't as happy as i thought i would be.
Cons- -does not have the low pressure system unlike the VS2 and 3 -stock nine inch barrel shoots curveballs -not very many aftermarket parts, i think this is the spyder with the least of them. -in mine there was a defective valve that had to be replaced after the fifth use. -lots of kick -not very good on air usage -not very ergonomic, i like the feel of my dads 80$ mokal fokus better. -expensive in canada, 185$ -does not have full auto -trigger has side to side wobble Pros- -has eyes -easy to take apart and reassemble -shoots farely fast on semi, i clocked 14 bps once -looks ok As you can see the cons outweigh the pros, if your thinking of getting this gun don't, go for a vs2, pilot acs or ion. My digital camera is out of commision right now, may be pics later. |
Re: Pugsters VS1 review
Thanks for the review Pugster. I don't know much about the VS1 but I always figured it was just like the VS2 except for a few cosmetics and trigger frame. I didn't know there was that much of a difference.

Re: Pugsters VS1 review
yeah, there is not low pressure system so it defeats the purpose(?) of the Vs2 and 3.

Re: Pugsters VS1 review
the VS1 is a regular spyder but with eyes
you should of compared it to another regular spyder like the pilot, xtra, etc |
Re: Pugsters VS1 review

Re: Pugsters VS1 review
yeah man, you also could of researched them better IMO
but you get what you pay for, and 118917 i agree with you |
Re: Pugsters VS1 review
My friend has a pilot ACS, i am comparing it to the pilot, at the bottom of my review i say you would be better off getting a pilot. also, why would i compare it to the xtra or any other mech spyder when it costs alot more then one. the ion, vs2, and pilot or more in its price range.

Re: Pugsters VS1 review
because it is a regular spyder
it doesn''t have the balance valve like a vs2 becasue it was made for the ppl that don't have the option of geting hpa thats why you should compare it to a regular ol' spyder by comparing it to an vs2 or ion you are of course going to think it's a pos but if you put it next to any of the other regular spyders you see that it is top of the line since it has eyes |
Re: Pugsters VS1 review
I dont think the balance valve is the non co2 compatible thing in a vs2. Methinks its the reg.
