Need "Top Hats" for my cocker

Hey guys, I just got a ST Bomb 3-way for my cocker and the barbs are so small that the hose won't stay on. I need some help in either the form of some top hats to hold the hoses on or some trick to keep the suckers from popping off.

I'd just buy newer type barb's that don't need the top hat's!

Top hats at the very bottom for $0.30 a pop, or a whole kit with 6 top hats & hose for $1.99. Dont break the bank! :)
