does anyone know what bps a stock mr2 on full auto is??? i dont plan on modding it.... i was curious if the 18v version would be too fast or if i should just get the 9.....

I think its 16 or 18 bps I would go with the 18v.

i did a test and on full auto my mr2 was getting exactly 12 bps everytime.

so do u think the 9 v will work??

For just a few bucks more it makes sense to get the 18v version. Don't just think about now, think about the future as well. What if some day you get a marker w/a higher rof? The MR2 is 25bps in semi lol -

i checked mine and i got about 22 bps

22 on full auto? maybe if you were walking the trigger super fast in semi mode but i dont believe it in full auto.

full auto is 12bps according to the chrono i used

Read your owner's manual, the marker is rated for 13 BPS in full auto and burst fire but realistically only gets 12 bps. The rated "25bps" is only in semi mode only and I seriously doubt anyone is getting anything over 17 bps walking the trigger on a stock MR2. The marker is capable of doing 25 bps(electronically) but allot of the stars need to be aligned and full eclipse occuring during a hide tide with a red sky if you get what I'm saying here. IE- your marker will need mods to get that kind of ROF.
The chrono's out there do not accurately read bps and often give a false readout. Only true way to verify bps is through a sound recording until better, more accurate equipment is made.

so the chrono i used is pretty close from what your saying at 12bps then,

Yeah, you probably have a good setup there. Have you tried semi mode to see where you can get the bps up to walking the trigger?
Some chrono's are way off the mark so don't always trust them. But if you are in full auto with the MR2 you shouldn't be reading anymore than 13bps period.

no havent tried in semi walking it just getting used to it ,had a tac-5 before this ,i love the mr2 though ,just wondering what detents u are using ,

I'm using Bob long Intimidator detents a.k.a. "timmy detents" Work better for force fed hoppers/loaders, the stock ones will double feed otherwise.
I just posted a response in the MR3 section about this but you can get a 10 pack for $14.99 plus $2.00 shipping on ebay for the timmy detents on ebay. Of course you can find a smaller qty for less $, but for the price and the amount, it wouldn't hurt to have extras in your toolbox.
