i just played with my friends this weekend and after tat i took both my guns apart and the bolts were dirty and i wanted to wash them....can i use soap & water? is there certain precautions i need to take so i dont scracth the bolt?

You can use soap and water to wash the bolts. Just make sure if you have a delrin bolt that the water isn't too hot because it can swell or warp. Also, if you have an alluminum bolt, make sure to oil it up after you wash it.
