Here are some pics of the final product that will be sent out, slightly altered from original design due to some binding issues, it is now more adjustable and can be put closer into the frame or stick out farther depending on preference. This one is for opteron-03 and his vs2.

Ball bearings should be here in the next couple of days, so be looking for roller bearings pics soon.

Trigger pin hole is drilled to within .0019" of the pin to bring side to side play to a min. There is still some play but only a ball bearing can totally eliminate that.

There are 3 set screws, pre-travel, post-travel and switch activation. All screws use the same stainless steel size set screw so it can all be adjusted by one hex/allen wrench.

You know, the style trigger that's on the pilot would work perfect for the rocking trigger frame. One side concave, the other convex, with the center hinge so people could mount it either way depending on which is the stonger finger.

Reaper E-frame/#3/non ball bearing

This one kicked my butt for some reason, three and half hours later i came out with this.

Quick question - do these use the existing trigger spring, or can they be upped to a magnetic return? Or does it matter with these?

I don't use magnets or springs right now. I am working on a magnet system but its not 100% yet.

However its really not needed at all, triggers are extremely light weight and only need the switch to fully return them.

The magnet system I am working on will be able to work with all triggers being sold right now so you can always upgrade to the magnet kit when it is brought out.

Muddytaco

UPDATE:

THE ROLLER BEARINGS ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tolerance is so close they won't fit on all the way. holding 400 grit sand paper and turning the pin twice made for a perfect fit.

Bearing triggers will include a small section of 400 grit sand paper to have the perfect fit on the trigger pin.

Now taking orders for Roller bearing triggers!!!!!!!!

You must buy now if you want roller bearings as i am ordering more bearings based off how many i need.

Since they use the switch to return, do they work with the 50g switch, is it enough for the return?

I am planning on payday to buy me a switch for sure, and I think I got the wife talked into letting me buy one of your triggers (it sux being on a paintball budget).

Muddytaco

50g would be fine, even a 25g would be ok.

LMK when you want to order.

I am out of material at the moment and won't have any for a couple weeks, however i have one mr2 trigger leftover that never sold, let me see if i can find it.

If you find it, I'll take that MR2 trigger. Although, if you get more material in soon, I might just pay you for the two triggers and you can ship them at the same time?
