Got about 2 hours in this one so far and its coming out nicely.

Pics, keep in mind I didn't put a nice finished surface on this one yet:

In this pic you can see how far down i moved the switch activation screw to allow for a lighter pull, you won't even need to change out the switch for a lighter one now.

As mentioned in the video I don't even think ball bearings are needed. This material is extremely slick on the trigger pin, feels better then some triggers i have used that had bearings. This would also allow for a cheaper price.

The trigger returns fast for a nice rate of fire without the help of a spring or magnet. I am still working out a magnet system that i might or might not use.

I have the post travel screw is on top where the pre travel screw is but i think i am going to move it down on to the face of the trigger b/c it is kind of hard to get to.

I should have one done for the pilot that was sent to me in the next few days.

Comments on what is good and what you would liked changed would be nice.

I was guessing 30-35 shipped with bearings but i really think bearing are not needed with this material so i am guessing 20-25 shipped now.

Made my version scythe shape for pilot, put more angle in to it and left the front kick out a little flatter then normal. I will have blade style probably by the end of today or early tomorrow.

The finish on the trigger is close to what it will be aside from the few scratch marks on it:

They will go up for sale in a few days once i get everything perfect, first run will be limited, there will be some with bearing and others that will not have bearings. There will also only be so many of each shape.

You mention in the b/s/t thread that the ones with the bearings have some side-to-side play/slop in them, that is how the blade trigger on my pilot refurb was from the get go, actually at the bottom end of the trigger it has about 1/8+ of side-to-side slop. Wondering if the bearings are junk in it, or if that is just how the stock trigger is on the non-acs pilot - which didn't originally come with the blade trigger that mine has if I am not mistaken from looking at various pictures of the stock model online.

I may have to order one of these next production run to get rid of the slop I have in mine; my paintball funds this month are gone already (played twice already, will be playing two more times and I already purchased a few items on here and elsewhere)

The first set, ones in the pictures, were perfect hardly any side to side movement at all. They were the ones i actually put on the pin at the shop. The rest were given to me in a bag that the guy got from the back that were suppost to be the same size but apparently there not. The rest of the bearing have some side to side play in them, trigger will probably move about 1/8" all together. I am going to go back to try and get the right size.

The non ball bearing trigger have hardly any play in them do to the fact the hole that is drilled in them is the right size.
