I've never seen just the top cocking knob for sale. You can try to make one of your own or call kingman, they should be able to get you a new one.

Welcome to the Forum.

dont know the exact numbers but i do know soem good barrles. a Dye Ultra lite barrle is amazing but also amazingly expensive. i think a good value barrel is a J&J Ceramic 14 inche barrel. i have one and it works great and i think its only like 30 bucks.

Accuracy isn't all in the barrel. Accuracy is mainly a good barrel to paint match. You can have the most expensive barrel on the marker and the most expensive paint on the market and still have horrible accuracy if they aren't a good match. Here is a link to our very ownOtterSC Custom's (http://www.ottersccustoms.com/index.html) website, its like our bible. Also here is the Barrel F.A.Q. (http://www.ottersccustoms.com/barrels.html) on his page. It has all the info you need to make a good decision on a barrel and paint in the future. As for good manufactures, Smart Parts, Dye, J&J, Stiffi and Custom Products all make excellent barrels. You just have to decide which one you like the best and which one will work for paint that is available to you.

As for the phone number: 1-888-KINGMAN or 1-888-546-4626

My bad on the number, I put an 8 instead of a 2, changed it, now its correct. I wouldn't expect anybody to answer today, its Sunday, try in the morning or you can order from where covert said.

01-22-2006, 10:26 AM
hey np man glad i could help u out. a ricochet is kidna good. if ur looking ona budgetloader that is good id get a used evolution (http://www.orderpaintball.com/detail.aspx?ID=296) off someone or a used revy (http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B0009S5VZW/002-0514560-4246423?SubscriptionId=04HSKH6V3FDXFHVN1F82Content-type:%20text/html). i personally dont like the ricochet but thats just my personal preference.

or if u have some cash get a halo b (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?dest=9999999997&product_id=4321036&sourceid=0100000030660805102498)

01-23-2006, 02:46 AM
hm...ok so i narrowed it down to looking at that evolution and the apache but then i saw this "diabo frontman & backman" do u have any info on them?

01-23-2006, 03:47 AM
Get the eVolution II, but most refer to them as Eggy's. If you do get the Eggy try to find one that is Z or Y Boarded. You'll be much happier with this choice than any of your other choices you have listed.

Look on the sale threads here. You can find Eggy's and Zeggy's for sale.

(Eggy = Evolution regular) (Zeggy = Evolution w/z-board)

I have one and the only real issue I had was the battery door would not stay closed, but it was easily fixed...

and Welcome!
