I was thinking maybe after I get all my ups for my vs2 like a frontblockreg bleed asa black body kit and stuff that I should anodize the eye cover, twist feedneck colar back cap and front block white to go with the dark body for a darktooper look who else thinks this is cool. I think they are all aluminum so it should work

That's going to cost alot to anno. Well depends on where you go. Some have like $15 per part. I think I've seen one place where you can get a set of pieces for X amount of $$.

well really, there is a kinda stormtrooper one out there...that its silver..
IMO it wont be all that much, there is a guy on here that does duracoat..His name is something like adriann or something. his work is actually good for not having a business.

talk to him, you may get a deal there. But IMO it isnt worth it, because its close enough to one of the ones already out there

I think It'd look awsome. Really, you could alays get some latex paint from a craft store and paint some of it with that... that way if you don't like it the latex paint should come right off.

...You could also try the home-annodizing method. It'd be one way to save some money.

Also, I asked Alamo about the 3rd oring on their bolt. Ron said that it is more efficient than 2, however the front o-ring gets beat up from the detents. So 2 is better over-all.

no, then if he does like it, it will get sratched off if hes playing and all.

Home annodizing will cost you alot, and time. Just pay someone.

I did say adriann or whatever does Duracoat...but if you want annodization then you will have to spend $$$$$

Yah, I'm not saying it would be perminet, just temporary, to see what it would look like. That way he doesn't spend the money on having someone color it, only to be disappointed with the results. Anno it the best way to go if you want the color to stay, but latex paint is the easiest way to see, roughly, what it would look like.

I was actually just recently looking at doing my own anodizing, and it turns out that its actually pretty simple to do.
