lol, took me a while. So they made a pump out of the front block so it looks like its still running off the pneumatics?
Thats genius, looks really cool and unique too.

Lol it's pretty cool. It is officially called "The Underdog mod" as Jeff Wilson aka The underdog on scp while on a drunken night got online and typed out a post thinking this out and thought it would be cool! One of his teammates did it and well.... I think it's cool!

looks like they modded the pneumatics lug into a pump guide. doesn't seem too hard. I take it there is no 3-way rod and nothing into the actual pneumatics. I guess its the reverse of a sleeper cocker. Looks like a semi but is actually a pump. looks like its easily convertible between the two. Not a bad idea.
