I have a 47 CI 3000 PSI HPA tank for sale. Comes with Dye Rhino cover.

Which just means that its almost definitely alum, not necessarily though.

I am in the process of looking for a low pressure tank and i have seen low pressure regs on small tanks before. if it is low pressure i am very intrested

It's high pressure, was HP when I owned it...

Yea it is HP and I am firm with that price don't really want to go lower. If I don't get it sold then I might start going down. But I think that is a good price.
