a friend has an a-5 and want s to add a regulator. there are no reviews of the dead on paintball regulator in pbreview. has anyone used it will it work on co2. should he just stick with the stabilzer. he is not ready to go lp with it yet so he wants somethign that will give him 800 psi. so the torpedo is out for now unless he does the vortex mod and goes lp with it.

I'd stick with whats known to work and work well. Palmers stabilizer is the way to go.

www.sakworldpaintball.com is the cheapest place to get a stab that I know of.

It's $85 at that place, and they only have it in Nickel color which costs an extra $10.

I know, thats good pricing, lol.

They'll probably get it back in stock eventually- until then I have no idea where else one would get one for a reasonable price.

I was just looking through at the websites I usually go to, I couldn't find the stab for less than $100 in stock.
