I purchased the gun through an individual on ebay last month.I tried to pull out the top cocking knob, but it won't budge. It turns around, but dosen't come up. I even tried removing the retaining screw and spring with no results.Has anyone else had this problem?

Looks good on video, but mine is jammed, and won't pull out like that.
Thanks anyway.

Hey, I finally got it out with a crowbar! And noticed that it's rough around the lower edges.

When all else fails just fling the marker cocking pin forward against a brick wall, should work just fine and the pin should pop on out...

Or you could be like me and use a 4' Gorilla Bar. :smirk:

No, I put a cloth under the crowbar, and put the knob between the split at the curved end of the bar, and pushed up slowly. It took some force, but came out. Then I smoothed off the rough edges on the pin with a dremel tool, and put a drop of oil on it.Now it works fine.
I also noticed that it was slightly bent.

im sure the crowbar had something to do with it being "slightly bent"

LOL, just an inkling suspicion, eh? :smirk:

You might need to loosen the retaining screw some....Might have some loctite on it too.

dude u are stupid for using a crowbar. if it does not come out put it near something that puts out heat. after a game mine is stuck but when it warms up it only takes a twist and a pull.

actually ... my friends cocking bolt wouldn't come out as easily as mine ... with my fingers ... mine just comes out when i pull it ... since it's the first time you've done it .. it's just not worn in yet ... so just take plyers and pull for your life ... it it doesn't work ... get ur dad to do it :p .... and if he can't do it ... it either has loctite on it ... or ... ur family is pretty weak ;) ... get a wrench put it around your top cocking bolt .. and then hit the wrench with a hammer.. or !!!... take a wrench ... put it on your cocking bolt on the ground .. and pull up ... it should give you more leverage
