what is better for my gun

Halo b
Reloader B
Egg 2
Egg 3

I have been expierncing alot of chops and i want to fix it. I have tried a tsa and tht didnt work. Also i heard tht the halo will push the ball past the detent. and the reloader wont see dark balls.

Thanks in advance

I use the Evlution 3 and so far so good - no chops.

well i use the reloader b and ive had no chops at all. and the whole reloader thing wont see dark balls is not true. the board in the reloader b is sound activated there fore the color of the ball does not matter. i can not comment on the other hoppers due to no experience with them but i will say that the reloader b has not been a problem with me and i shoot up in the 20bps range.

The only way to really help you diagnose the chopping issue is to know your gun setup. Is it all stock? Have you changed the bolt?

On the loader issue, i have a reloader b2 (only because i found it damn cheap) and it works great for me. You should be fine with a regular reloader B. It's sound activated and i have found the sound activation to work perfectly fine. The halo b is the one with eyes and is known to sometimes have trouble seeing some colors of paint or getting the eyes dirty which leads to loading issues. The eggs are a good cheap alternative as well.

Have you tried breaking in your ACS bolt? If not, take your bolt out and just compress it about 500 times. That'll soften up the spring so that you shouldn't get as many chops.

and so the realoder b would be better than the halo b? and do they both feed the same bps

they both feed pretty much the same. It's really just a matter of preference. I personally like the sound-activated idea but some people like halos because they have eyes. You can pick up both for about the same price used. Just make sure to get one with a rip drive because it does come in handy.

sry about all the questions but just one more to ask. I heard the halos push the balls pass the detents. is that true? and is the reloader b a force fed hopper?

It is possible if the detents are too weak, with the MR2 it shouldn't be an issue because it is double detented, and the detents are pretty strong. The Reloader B is acctualy the same loader as the halo B, but for one difference, the reloader has a sound/vibration sensor in it, and it spins every time it hears/feels the gun fire while the halo B uses a laser eye in the feedneck to detect gaps in the ball stack and then spins the loader when it sees them.

I prefer the sound activation personally, because of this, I have an Empire Reloader B2.

Well I know it sounds like alot of people on this thread are leaning towards the Reloader B, but I just bought the Halo B w/ Rip drive & the V35 Board and it cured ALL of my chopping "issues"! Oh, I also changed the detent to a Timmy (hard) and all is well!

I read on a post a little ways up in this thread that the MR2 has "double detents"... how is that?

Thanks guys!

im not sure what he was talking about because it is not doubled detented. it would probably help if it was though!
