Eye mode not working?

I have had the VS2 since christmas and its been awsome except for the stock feedneck and now the eye mode will not work...i have cleaned them i still have no clue why it wont shoot. The light comes on but it wont fire, if i squeeze the eye panels il get a lucky shot but still nothin when im playing. Anyone know what i can do to get my eye mode working ?

check the connecter on the board under the left grip panel

I've been seeing a lot of eye problems with these markers lately.... It's still under warantee, so just fill out the card that came with the marker, and call them up for a new pair. Their phone numnber is 1 (800) KINGMAN. Good luck, hope you get this sorted out soon...
