Meh, I play with monster balls if I'm short on cash... there's a reason they're only $30/crate... Still, I like 'em better than marbs.

my friends dad buys Monster Balls 10,000 at a time only had one with some busted. I think that's when they tried to cram 20.000 in the back of their H2.they made it worse by mixing that busted bag in with the rest of the balls. his dad didn't see what wast wrong with that. Once we got some dry balls and cleaned out the barrels and hoppers, the Monster Balls worked fine.

Monster Balls are ok, you're still taking your chances buying paint at Walmart. For those of you that buy paint at Walmart check the box before you buy it.

Maybe the cheaper paint manufacturers that distribute through wal-mart should put a date, like the Budwiser born on date, so you know the date of manufacture and know just how long they have been setting around. My local wal-mart moves monster balls pretty fast so they don't set all that long and for cheap rec or woodsball they work great. Also work great when taking a youth group out en mass to have an afternoon of fun.

We used some eliminator (elimination, e somethings) at our local field a few weeks ago since it is field paint only and there were many with dents and dimples in them. Of course the clubhouse is nice and warm, and you buy the case, take it to the staging area where the temp is a blustery 35* and I think that had some to do with it, the extreme temp change as cold makes things shrink and heat makes them expand. They didn't fly to straight needless to say, so it was not much better than the monster balls we used the previous times.

i just go to the local proshop (which is a not so local 45 minutes away) and buy a case of WGP Addiction for $37. its quality paint, sur not the BEST TOUNAMENT paint but the field i play at across the street plays with it and it flies fine. no barrel breaks or broken ones in the bag. minor dimplage (if thats a word :D ) and they are pretty cheap.

They are pretty cheap paintballs and you will notice dents in some of them. If you are looking to take a large group out, the price is right.

Local shops are starting to realize that if you make less profit on paint...you'll sell more which will balance out the initial profit loss.

go to your local shop and talk to them...ask what they have in your price range and tell them you really don't want to buy your paint at wally world.

my local shop sells pmi rampage for 35 bucks a case. I love the stuff...hadn't had a bad batch yet.

Keep you eye out for the new Spyder balls also ;)
