Well, mine just came today, out of the box I couldn't get the feed neck to hold my eVLution super tightly... it works, but the darned hopper swings out to the side if I'm moving around fast enough. And the battery does kick out a bit to the side, but if you look at the grip itself it has little... I guess nooks for lack of a better word... to accomodate the extra bit the battery sticks out. it it's your grip that wont sit flush, try moving the wires inside around a bit.

nah, the jagged cut is there on purpose, it's so the feedneck can expand or contract to hold various different sizes of hoppers.

If you're looking for a new feedneck, I believe Ion threaded ones work.

anytime... and you may wanna double check that it's ion threaded before you buy one, I'm not 100% sure on that.

thxs for the help click click splat :-D. I just hope the ion threaded clamp works for the velocity hopper otherwise i guess i better send it back and change hoppers.

there is more than one ion threaded feedneck, and yes, you will find one that fits your loader.

im not sure what threads it is tho
