im trying to get the eye cover off .... and the one side came off easy and the other side its not catching the key so i think it was striped when it left the factory what should/ how could i gett it out now ? please no1 say you cant!

yeah its stripped. I would probably send it in to kingman so they can fix it. You can probably have a local shop take it out but they probably wont have a new screw for it.

darn i really wanted to play with it this friday i have the other screw bc the gun came with extra screws for it and i dont care what happens to the eye cover bc im installing a green kit to it

i was thinking maybe just grind the hole bigger and maybe able to get the cover to dropp out

You could drill the hole out and put a Helicoil in it to get it back to the same size it was before it got stripped out.

Kingman is gonna be your best bet on this.

You could try to drill out the hole... you could try a dab of superglue on the end of an extra allen wrench (of the correct size) just to see if it works... down side is, if it doesn't work then you're really out of luck.

A strong enough pen magnet might work... Never tried that, just trying to brainstorm here...

Are you saying the screw is spinning inside it's hole, or that the top where you insert the key is stripped? If the later, super glue the key into the hole on the screw. Let it dry, then unscrew it.
