High pressure HPA tanks put out slightly less pressure than normal co2 tanks do. So High pressure is what you want, low pressure is almost never needed or preferred.

Low pressure tanks are mostly for older Angels. High Pressure can be used in any gun besides a stock pre G7 Angel. And even those can be modded rather simply for HP.

Thats what you want, as TheRedBarron said, LP tanks are only for older angels.

a 42/3000 gets used on my VS3 everyother weekend when my friend takes it out. Works great, or so I'm told.

That tank is reasonable, but heavy and large (as they go for tournament play, at least). I'd only make sure to tae the regulator all the way down so it doesn't let any air into the marker when I first hook it up, then increase it back to where it was, just as a precaution.

Good practice everytime you air up a new air source or first time you air up any marker.
