12-08-06: We are looking ahead to produce a one time, limited edition, brand new concept for the magazine rack of the industry’s largest distributed magazine. This spring we will be releasing our very own “PB2X Art Issue” and would like to ask you, our loyal readers, to be a part of this issue.

The goal of the April 2007 issue will be to showcase the talent behind the scenes in paintball that is often lost to mainstream advertising, logos and brand recognition. Our pages will be filled with all the artsy drawings of logos, products and concepts that have been stuck on sketch pads for too long. We are looking for graphic renderings of paintball situations and people in the sport, artistic photographs of paintball, as well as any artistic expression, in any medium, as long as it is relatively clean, unique and related to paintball!

We encourage you, as a subscriber to and supporter of PB2X, to be a part of this limited edition issue! You can contribute artwork in any of the categories listed below.

1. Reader art (drawings, paintings, etc.)

a. Under age 15
b. Over age 15
c. Professional artwork from the industry

2. Artsy photography

3. Paintball poetry and creative writing (150 word limit)

4. Photo-shopped photos

5. Paintball comics

6. Paintball jokes

We will accept all submissions for free representation in this special PB2X issue from now until January 10, 2007 for review. We are anticipating 1000s of entries, and can not guarantee that all artwork will make it in this issue. We welcome all submissions, but will not be able to print all artwork submitted.*

We hope you will participate in helping make this April 2007 issue a success and spark some creativity in our industry.

As always, thank you for your continued interest and support in Paintball 2Xtremes magazine.
