my 2002 black magic cocker wont recock when i let off the trigger and air is constantly leaking out of the front of the three way. when i pull the trigger it wont shoot and the ball just rolls out of the barrel. good thing i have my trusty pilot! thank all of you for you input.

you need to retime it.

Might need to up your LPR too, and you will always get rollouts with an autococker unless you can match paint to bore.

Try adjusting the 3 way timing rod so that the rod is farther forwards first.

Oooo, I have one of those purty 'Cockers as well! :D As said above, it's your three-way timing. Sounds like it needs to be adjusted to operate the ram sooner in the cycle... way sooner... Once you get that done, and put the set-screws in, it'll be more reliable than your Pilot!

As far as paint-to-bore match... One idea I heard of (I think it was from QAZ123) was to put a loop of electrical tape around the end of the bore of the barrel (inside, of course...), and have that act as the detent. Never got to try it myself, but it would seem like it would work fairly well.
