Contacting Kingman

Ok I'm not sure if this is the right section for this post but here it is....

I had a post in the Pilot section for help fixing my gun's stuttering and I have been trying to contact Kingman for the last month i have not talked to a single rep. I left a message and 2 or 3 days later i had recieved a message from a rep telling me his extension number and stuff. After a couple of weeks of trying to get ahold of him, i just tried calling and talking to any body that would pick up and still no luck. I don't know if it's because of the different time zones(I'm in Canada and I believe Kingman is California) or if they just have crappy service. If anybody knows another way to talk to a rep. I'm very greatful. I havent been able to paintball in about 3 months and im goin insane!

I've never dealt with the customer service, so I can't say much either way.

As to your gun stuttering problem, clean your gun out, oil the striker, and make sure your tank is full. Take the entire gun apart when you clean it and make sure theres nothing obstructing airflow in the valve or somesuch. Also if you've taken the gun apart before, make sure you put the valve in the right way.

Also check your sear to make sure it is not rounded. And check where the sear catches the striker. Back on topic, I have tried to call them several times but I just got tired of trying to get a hold of them and figured it out.

Customer service is usually great from Kingman. Yes, they are located down in Southern California, so time zones might be what's messing it up for you. You can probably try emailing them, or PMing "Kingman-Rep" here at these forums. Hope you get your gun sorted out!
