Well I like the look of my proto switch after I cut it but wanted it to look a little better so I decided to paint it. Had some left over paint after doing my proto eye cover so I just used that and here are the results:

To finish it I'm getting a hybrid strap, possibly another but if so I will just double strap it.

Look's great!

What kind of paint did you use? Will it stay painted onto the plastic?

JB.

Plastic Primer (2 coats), Spraypaint (any color, 3-4 light coats), and Clear Enamel aka Clear Coat (4 Light Coats).

Ramrod is it a Switch FS or EL?

does it smell bad... I could imagine you can get a pretty good headache if it smells like spray paint.

I'm actually working on painting another proto mask I bought but I'll take a recent pic of mine as it has held up great! I I think I may have one minor chip on it. And this is playing every weekend at least once and quite a few tournys.

And here is a pic 4 months later:
That mark is the only sign of wear on it so far.

there are two ways to get sticky keys (on windows OS) one is by hitting the shift key 5 times between a set period of time and the other is by looking at that mask(or teh n00dz j00 pr3v3rt!))

Next time, you can look into clear-coating (gloss or matte) it afterwards (also in a spray paint can) and it will add some more protection and it won't chip as easily. I use it for models, and it works pretty well. Theres also a door-handle I did it to when I was little, and it's still there (It's matte, so you can tell as all the others are gloss). LOL.

Looks good zorb! Whatever happened to the soft-eared one?

whatca mean? I did use clear coat on both my masks. You may think i repainted it but negative this is a second proto mask i purchased, my other is still holding up strong.
