Its possible you pinched a ball in your barrel. Wich is called a barrel break.
Another possibility is you leaned against a paint soaked bunker, rubbing paint into your ports on your barrel.

Yes, it does effect the flight of balls if they are "lubed" on the way out. Depending on the barrel you have, within a few shots it can be cleaned out.

cheap paint can sometimes have breaks in the bag that you dont knotice... maybe because it was packaged bad to maybe that it was just old...

But if you shoot so many of the cheap balls that have paint covering them then you would expect to have a dirty barrel... Paint comes off the balls and sticks to the barrel...

And yes paint in the barrel will cause bad curvager...

first, please dont call paintballs bullets

barrel breaks are a part of paintball. yes they do effect the ball's flight, so its a good idea to squeegie your barrel after you get a break. they will have squeegies at any paintball store/anywhere that sells paintballs.

Pinching a ball would be considered a chop from the bolt. When it squeezes from a small bore, or breaks from the pressure on the ball, that would be considered a barrel break.
