Unless you decide to change a couple parts to lower your operating pressure you are going to need something that can handle 700-800psi output pressure. Only one off the top of my head I can think of that can handle that is a Palmers Stabilizer.

Parts you can change to achieve a lower operation pressure:

Valve
Bolt
Striker
Springs
Polish your internals

have already done the valve & valve stem, have a shocktech superfly bolt, polshed the striker & internals, got a 32 degree spring kit

Then I would say you can probably get down to at least 600psi. So that gives you many more options. My favorite regulators are CP Regs and BL Torpedos, AKA also makes a decent reg. Any of those will do good.

Would drilling the va help, and cp are good?

CPs are awesome, my favorite reg. Drilling the VA out will help some but you will get better results with an aftermarker VA.

I'd suggest picking up an afteramrket VA at the same time you get the reg. CP regs are good, but they don't work well at all on co2. If you use co2, a Palmers stabilizer is the ideal, though BL torpedos are good aswell.

What should i try to get my pressure down to? Seem like I'm still limited on my choices of regs cp is 0-500 psi bob long torpedo looks to be around the same
So I still need help on a reg

CP regs go up to 600psi. Pretty much you are going to keep going down until you are as low as you can go and your gun operates perfectly still.

A better front block/vertical adapter could help too:up:

once you get a higher flowing va and with the work you have done either the stabilizer or the torpedo will work for if your still gonna use co2.
