Ok, after thinking it over and reading the pm's I got, I've come up with my successor. Trust me, it was a difficult decision because several of the people who talked with me would have been excellent.
However, I decided that BAMF Hacker will make a good administrator of the contests...he helped with several of the rules, knows my decision process since I went over a lot of stuff with the mods, and since he's a mod, he can edit and do whatever he needs to do to make this contest run smoothly.
So, welcome BAMF to the contests and may they run smoothly for years to come! :)

start the december one towards the beginning, so the winner will have an early christmas (or other holiday) award.

OK, one more time. All checks go to me. I cash them, spend the money to see if it's any good, then I send the cancelled checks to you.
