Not on the board side but off the top of the capacitor. Has anyone tried to solder this back on? I can just place the wire back in contact and the gun fires again. I was thinking of just trying to solder this back on. or should i just go to radio shack and get a new one and solder the new one to the board instead?

Well, try soldering the wire back on, but if it doesn't work, just buy a new one. I had a similar thing happen with one of my Kingman 9v's. It wasn't charging so I ripped the plastic over off, the inside was made up of 6(?) small batteries wired toghether, one of the wires had come off, so I soldered it back on and taped the thing back up with electrical tape, works fine now.

You can 'try' like I did a long time ago and then go to RS or just go :D
